Panelist appearances are always arranged to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed. All sessions are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice. We will update as quickly as we can in the event of any scheduling changes.

Televerse is being held at the JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE. The hotel features:

- Accessible on-site parking directly across the street from the entrance to Televerse. Restrictions and parking information are coming soon.

- Elevators in both the parking garage and in the Televerse venue.

- Accessible hotel entrances, restrooms, and on-site restaurants. All Televerse session spaces and levels are accessible as well.

All Televerse sessions will use the 4ALL Live captioning platform , allowing guests to scan a QR code for live in-room captions of clips and conversations, including translation into English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Japanese. Just use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on screen and open it directly in a browser (Safari or Chrome recommended). Free Wi-Fi is available in every room, so no mobile data is needed. Be sure to charge your phone before attending Televerse sessions.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a Televerse pass.

Some content may not be suitable for those under the age of 18. Attendees between 12 and 17 years of age are allowed to attend Televerse but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, and both must be registered for each session the minor will attend.

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to attend Televerse.

Televerse offers one-day and three-day passes, as well as a limited-availability Insider Pass. All passes require attendees to register for sessions in order to guarantee availability — as well as build a day that is as unique as your own television interests. Standby lines will also be available for pass holders who didn’t register for a particular panel. Each registrant will receive a badge upon check-in, and all registered sessions will be accessed using that badge.

If you need to make a change to your registered sessions, click the Passes button in the navigation bar. To remove a session you have already registered for, simply uncheck the box next to the session(s). To add a new session, check the box next to the desired session. Please note that all pass purchases are final. Passholders can switch up their sessions at will, though the registration process will not allow you to double book sessions that occur at the same time.

No passes will be sold physically on-site. All transactions must be made online through the Televerse website. Day passes may be purchased online at any point, subject to availability.

Both Television Academy members and Students receive a discount off the general public price. This discount is applied automatically.

Log in to Televerse and go to the Lineup page . You can filter by Event Type, Date, or by keyword. Be sure to click "Show More" on each session for all the details on content and participants. Once you find a session that you'd like to take part in, click "+Add". Your schedule is automatically saved as you make changes — so once you add something, you are good to go!

Review your selections at any time by clicking My Account and then selecting My Schedule.

Act fast on any sessions with the "fast filling" label — those spots are sure to go fast! We'd hate for you to miss out.

Purchasing your 1-Day Pass is easy! When you log in to your Televerse account, go to the Passes page . Select "1-Day Pass" and pick the day or days you would like to attend. Once you have made your selections, click "Continue" to go to the Payment page. Check out, and you are all set. We're so excited you'll be joining us!

If you decide later that you'd like to attend all three days — no problem! We recommend purchasing the 3-Day pass for the best deal! You can easily upgrade your pass by clicking My Account and going to the My Passes page. Click "Change Pass Type" and follow the prompts to upgrade your purchase.

No, all passes are associated with the badge of the person registered.

You will need to present a photo ID at the registration table to print your badge. Television Academy members should be prepared to show their Academy ID.

We do not offer reserved seating. All seating is general admission and first come, first served. Attendees purchasing a Televerse Insider pass do get front-of-line privileges at any session for which they are registered. Attendees must register for their sessions via the Televerse Passes page to ensure a spot at any given session.

Lines form approximately 30 minutes prior to session start time. Seating for registered attendees will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

We recommend attendees arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of all scheduled Televerse sessions. All attendees must be seated 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Don’t plan on it. Even if you registered in advance, late arrivals will only be allowed entry on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed.

Registering for a session guarantees you a seat in that session, so long as you are seated for that session 5 minutes prior to its start time. After a session’s start time, no seat is guaranteed.

There will be standby lines for Televerse pass holders who have not registered for a session on their Televerse Passes page.

The Television Academy No-Show policy is not in effect for panels at Televerse.
