Diana Luna is a seasoned leader in the entertainment and education sectors, with over 25 years dedicated to empowering and advancing Latino creatives in the United States. As the Executive Director of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP), Diana spearheads initiatives to amplify the representation and growth of Latino professionals
in the entertainment industry by working closely with NALIP’s Board of Directors, production companies, global film studios, and key funders to drive impactful change. Before joining NALIP, Diana held leadership roles at Loyola Marymount University, Claremont Graduate University, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and the Hola Mexico Film Festival. Her career has been defined by her commitment to creating programs that increase visibility and provide growth opportunities for the Latino community. Diana’s work is rooted in building strategic alliances that open doors to access, advancement, and success across the arts, culture, and entertainment sectors. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Diana continues to champion initiatives that foster a more equitable and vibrant creative industry.
