As the Executive Director of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP), Diana spearheads initiatives to amplify the representation and growth of Latino professionals
in the entertainment industry by working closely with NALIP’s Board of Directors, production companies, global film studios, and key funders to drive impactful change. Before joining NALIP, Diana held leadership roles at Loyola Marymount University, Claremont Graduate University, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and the Hola Mexico Film Festival. Her career has been defined by her commitment to creating programs that increase visibility and provide growth opportunities for the Latino community.
